Richard 'Rick' Fenn (born 23 May 1953) is an English rock guitarist. Since 1977 he has toured and recorded regularly with Stockport-based band 10cc, as well as core members Graham Gouldman and Eric Stewart after the band’s breakup. He has also collaborated with Mike Oldfield, Rick Wakeman and Pink Floyd drummer Nick Mason.

Rick’s musical career started in Oxford where he was leader of the school band ‘Bagshot Louie’ (aka ‘Dribblestick’). Other members were Chris Hunt (keyboards), Mike Goodwin (bass), Tim Hodgkin (vocals) and Pete Chaundy (drums & harmonica). Rick played a ringing blues guitar and early influences were Eric Clapton and Mick Abrahams both of whom cut versions of Cat Squirrel which featured in Rick’s repertoire. The set list was eclectic and included ‘Sinnin for You’ by The Keef Hartley Band as well as a full blown version of In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida by Iron Butterfly. Gigs performed were at local school hops – Oxford High School for Girls (!) and Lord Williams’ School as well as a memorable outing at Greyfriars Hall in Oxford. The band folded once school was out in 1970 and Rick moved to Cambridge as an undergraduate.

In the 1980s Fenn joined Mason and Oldfield in forming Bamboo Music, a company that produced music jingles for corporate clients.
