Rick Bronson

Rick Bronson is a US truck driver who was fired from his job, by Coca-Cola Bottling Co. (in June 2003), because he was spotted drinking a Pepsi in the backroom of a store to which he had just delivered.[1]
Bronson alleges that the corporation fired him because he tried to organise merchandise workers in his union, the Teamsters. After the union protested, Bronson got his job back.
