Rick Berg (born August 16th, 1959) is a North Dakota Republican Party politician, serving in the North Dakota House of Representatives for District 45. He is the current House Majority Leader.

Berg is a graduate of Hettinger High School and North Dakota State University. He is the owner of Goldmark Commercial Corp., and the Board of Cass County.[1]
