Rick Barrett is a teacher of Tai Chi and Xingyiquan and a Polarity Therapist based in NYC. He teaches the longest running tai chi class in Staten Island.
As a competitor in national push hands competitions, Rick won the national championship for the middleweight division from '96-'98.
He is also the author "Taijiquan: Through the Western Gate" as well as numerous articles on Tai Chi, Kung Fu, Push hands, and competition for such magazines as Inside Kung Fu, and Tai Chi Magazine.
