Richter Scale Sprint Handicap

The Richter Scale Breeders' Cup Sprint Championship Handicap is a race for Thoroughbred horses run at Gulfstream Park each year. A Grade II event, it is open to horses, age four and up, willing to race seven furlongs on the dirt and offers a purse of $225,000.

This race is named for the Grade I winner, Richter Scale, now standing at stud in Kentucky.
