Richmond High School is a public high school located in Richmond, California, USA. It is part of the West Contra Costa Unified School District. Notably, Ken Carter, who gained notoriety in 1999 for locking out his undefeated Richmond Oilers basketball team, is a former basketball coach there. The school is the basis of the 2005 film Coach Carter.
