Richie Rich (born in California, U.S.) is an American fashion designer.

[edit] Early life in California

Richie Rich once trained under gold medalist figure skater Kristi Yamaguchi, later joining the circus.[citation needed] On the music stage at the 1992 Folsom Street Fair, Richie Rich performed, singing a song he had written called Go-Go Dancer. Soon after that he moved to New York City.

[edit] Activities in New York City

In the mid 1990s, Rich was a staple on the New York City club kid scene, and made a cameo appearance in James St. James's club kid film Party Monster.

Today he is part of the fashion duo known as Heatherette (together with Traver Rains). Rich is openly gay and is known for posing under the Facebook alter-ego Ballgown Jones.[1]
