Richelle Mead is a bestselling [1] American fantasy author. She has three ongoing series: the Georgina Kincaid series, the Vampire Academy series, and most recently the Dark Swan series. All are available internationally, and Succubus Blues will be published in German in 2009. [2]
She was born in Michigan, and now lives in Seattle. She has three degrees: a Bachelor of General Studies from the University of Michigan, a Master of Comparative Religion from Western Michigan University, and a Master of Teaching from the University of Washington. [3]
