Richard Young was a medieval Bishop of Bangor and Bishop of Rochester.
He was elected to Bangor about December 2, 1398 and was absent from the see after 1401. He was translated to Rochester on July 28, 1404.[1]
He died between October 17 and October 28, 1418.[2]
