Richard Walls

Richard Francis Walls (born 1937) was a New Zealand politician of the National Party.

He represented the Dunedin North electorate from 1975 to 1978, when he was defeated by Stan Rodger. He was the last National MP to represent a Dunedin seat.

He then became the Mayor of Dunedin from 1989 to 1995.
