Richard Swinefield (or Richard de Swinfield) was a medieval Bishop of Hereford.

He was the prebendary of Hampton[1] before he was elected to the see of Hereford on October 1, 1282. He consecrated on March 7, 1283. He died on March 15, 1317.[2]
