Richard Philippe (born January 10, 1990 in Valence, France) is a French racecar driver residing in Miami, Florida, and younger brother of Nelson Philippe.
After moving up from the go-kart ranks in 2005, Philippe won the Formula BMW USA championship in his rookie season. In 2006, he competed in the Champ Car Atlantic series with Forsythe Championship Racing. For 2007, he is competing in the World Series by Renault.
