Richard Pacey (born 1982) is a British radio presenter.

Richard Pacey born in Watford, Hertfordshire, and educated at St Martins' School in Northwood, then the John Lyon School in Harrow. He graduated in English from Edinburgh University in 2004.
He started work as a radio presenter with Edinburgh-based Forth One. Soon after joining the station he took over presenting the overnight "Through the Night" programme, which was broadcast on Forth One, Forth 2 and Radio Borders. He presented the show for two years, from 2005 to 2006.
In late 2006, Richard became the Web and Interactive Editor for Radio Forth, with responsibility for the Forth One and Forth 2 web sites, as well as for text and DAB Scrolling Text.
This year, Richard is going to marry, his sweetheart Michelle. They have planned a caravaning honeymoon in Burntisland.
