Richard Nolan

Richard Michael Nolan (b. December 17, 1943) is a Minnesota politician from Brainerd, Minnesota. He was a Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party (DFL) U.S. Representative from Minnesota's 6th congressional district in the 94th, 95th, and 96th congresses, (January 3, 1975 – January 3, 1981). He did not run for reelection in 1981. He is an alumnus of St. John's University.
In 2007, he endorsed Connecticut U.S. Senator Christopher Dodd's campaign for President of the United States, and traveled the state of Iowa campaigning on his behalf.
