Richard Marsh is the co-author of Rapid Fire! (Fast Play World War Two wargames rules).

Based in the United Kingdom, Colin Rumford and Richard Marsh have been prominent in the wargaming area for over 20 years.[citation needed] Notable of their achievements have been the highly visual demonstration games and wargames shows in the United Kingdom and their published supplements and articles in wargames magazines.
