Richard MacSherry (1817 – 1885) was an American physician.
MacSherry was born in West Virginia. He was an Army surgeon under General Taylor in the Second Seminole War.
He was the founder and first president of the Baltimore Academy of Medicine.
MacSherry died in Baltimore, Maryland in 1885.
