Richard Lucero Center is a recreational center and public library for the Espanola Valley. The building is located at 313 Paseo De Onate. The building also contains a large gymnasium for basketball. The Center contains a excersise gym that is open to the public. The pool is an 4'-13' deep pool. The pool contains a place for lap swimming.
