Richard Loh (simplified Chinese: 刘谦益; pinyin: Liú Qiānyì), also known as Richard Loh Qianyi or Richard Liu Qianyi; also spelled as Richard Low, is a Singaporean Chinese veteran MediaCorp TV Channel 8 actor. He used to be typecast as bad guys or characters with unruly behaviour but that has not stopped him from being well liked by a lot of viewers.
