Richard Livsey, Baron Livsey of Talgarth

Richard Arthur Lloyd Livsey, Baron Livsey of Talgarth CBE (born 2 May 1935) is a British politician who was the Liberal Democrat Member of Parliament for Brecon and Radnorshire. He was the Liberal Democrat spokesperson on Wales.
He was succeeded by Roger Williams at the United Kingdom general election, 2001 and was made a life peer with the title Baron Livsey of Talgarth, of Talgarth in the County of Powys.
