Richard Kelley

Richard Kelley (born 24 July 1904; died early 1984) was a British Labour Party politician.
Kelley was a miners' union secretary and served as a councillor on the West Riding County Council 1949-59.
Kelley was Member of Parliament for Don Valley from 1959 to 1979. His successor was Michael Welsh.
