Richard Keith (born 29 November 1982, North Carolina) is an American actor known for his roles as Intern Mitch on the American television series Grey's Anatomy and Roger on the American television series Quintuplets.

Keith is currently working on season 4 of Grey's Anatomy, pending the completion of the 2007–08 Writers Guild of America strike. His character Intern Mitch is one of the new interns at Seattle Grace Hospital working under Izzie Stevens played by actress Katherine Heigl. [1] [2]

Rich was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina. He attended Watauga High School and graduated at age 16. He is an only child. He lives in Los Angeles, where he does improvisational theater and sketch comedy at the ACME Comedy Theatre where performers such as Adam Carolla, Alex Borstein, Joel McHale, and Wayne Brady got their start. He is currently in the improvised soap opera "Lostaway Island" which parodies the show Lost and "ACME: This Week", a weekly, topical sketch show like Saturday Night Live

Richard appeared in the Old Spice commercial "Scent Is the Strongest Sense Tied To Memory" ad alongside Ugly Betty star Becki Newton. In the spot Becki is annoyed because her boyfriend (Richard) is watching football... but he runs in and hugs her, causing her to remember a montage of the moments they fell in love.
