Richard Grey (1458? – June 13(?), 1483) was an English nobleman and the stepson of King Edward IV of England.
Grey was the son of Sir John Grey of Groby and Elizabeth Woodville, later Queen Consort of King Edward IV. He was therefore half-brother to Edward, Prince of Wales (later Edward V). Grey was given Wallingford Castle in 1482. He was arrested by Richard, Duke of Gloucester (later Richard III) on April 30, 1483 for his part in an alleged conspiracy to seize the king’s person and thereby wrest control of the kingdom away from Richard, then Lord Protector. Richard Grey was subsequently executed without trial at Pontefract Castle.
