Richard Goodell

Richard Goodell was an American politician.
He lived in Adams, New York. He served as a captain during the War of 1812.
He was a member from Jefferson County of the New York State Assembly in 1820-21, and from 1823 to 1825. In 1824, he was Speaker.
Later on he served in an official capacity at Auburn Prison, and died there about 1829.
