Richard E. Hughes

Richard E. Hughes (born Leo Rosenbaum) was editor of the American Comics Group and authored most of their stories under a variety of pseudonyms.[1] His most famous character was Herbie Popnecker, created with artist Ogden Whitney. He died in January 1974.
