Richard Creary

Richard Creary is the Mayor of the Port Maria, the capital town of the Jamaican parish of Saint Mary. It should be noted that the Mayor of Port Maria is the head of the Saint Mary Parish Council and not just the town of Port Maria. Creary actually represents the town of Richmond on the council. He defeated Lorraine Ferguson in the Jamaican local government elections of December 2007 by a margin of 57% to 43%.
