Richard Cooper (or Richard Cooper Jr.) was a British artist who lived circa 1740 to circa 1814.
Little is known about him but the British National Portrait Gallery has 9 works by Cooper in its collection, mostly portraits. His subjects include Edward Kynaston, Sir Robert Naunton, John Lilburne, Mary Frith and Daniel Dancer.
