Richard Clifford was a Bishop of Bath and Wells elect, Bishop of Worcester and Bishop of London as well as Lord Privy Seal.
He was appointed Lord Privy Seal on November 14, 1387, and resigned on November 4, 1401.[1]
He was elected to the see of Worcester on June 27, 1401 and consecrated on October 9, 1401.[2]
He was selected to the see of Bath and Wells on August 7, 1402 but never consecrated.[3]
He was translated to the Bishop of London on June 22, 1407 and died on August 20, 1421.[4]
