Richard Leslie Byrd (born May 16, 1892, date of death unknown) was an American athlete who competed mainly in the discus throw.
He competed for the United States in the 1912 Summer Olympics held in Stockholm, Sweden in the discus throw where he won the silver medal. At the 1912 Summer Olympics he also was a member of USA national baseball team
