Richard Arnold (born 1962) is a British TV presenter, currently appearing on ITV's breakfast show GMTV. Arnold is GMTV's TV critic, in which capacity he analyses the top shows to watch.

He had his own show during the summer of 2007 on GMTV called The Richard Arnold Show, which ran between 8:35am and 9:25am. It ran for six weeks, instead of Entertainment Today. The show returned for a second series, starting 6 June 2008 replacing the now axed Entertainment Today on a permanent basis.

Richard has also hosted Soapstar Superchef, Take It Or Leave It on Challenge, and Loose Lips, to name a few.
