Richard D. "Rich" Arnold is the Iowa State Representative from the 72nd District. He has served in the Iowa House of Representatives since 1995.
Arnold currently serves on several committees in the Iowa House - the Local Government committee; the Natural Resources committee; and the Transportation committee. His prior political experience includes serving on the Lucas County Board of Supervisors from 1987-1994.
Arnold was re-elected in 2006 with 6,117 votes, defeating Democratic opponent Buzz Malone. [1]
