Ricardo Santos Lago, best known as Ricardo Baiano (born 10 September 1980 in Ilhéus, Bahia, Brazil) is a Brazilian-born Bosnian football player. He currently plays for PFC Spartak Nalchik in the Russian Premier League.

Previously, he has played for FC Kuban Krasnodar from July 2004 to December 2007 in the Russian Premier League and First Division, he also played for NK Široki Brijeg in the Bosnian Premier League, from January 2003 to July 2004.

He has played once for the Bosnia and Herzegovina national football team. He played the World Cup qualification against Serbia and Montenegro on 9 October 2004.
