Ric Suggitt

Ric Suggitt is a former Canadian rugby union footballer and a current coach.

He had to leave rugby at a young age due to successive injuries. Then, he become a coach.

Suggitt was the coach of the female Canada national team, when he was appointed to the post of coach of the male Canada national rugby union team, in 2006. He achieved the qualification to the 2007 Rugby World Cup finals, were his country achieved a 12-12 draw with Japan. In March 2008, he was replaced by New Zealand coach Kieran Crowley
