  1. It is a historically significant newspaper front-page, e.g. commented about in other newspapers.[2]
  2. It is of much lower resolution than the original.
  3. The image is only being used for informational purposes.
  4. Its inclusion in the article adds significantly to the article as it demonstrates the extreme UK press reaction to an alleged plot to release ricin.
