Ribnica (Рибница) is a part of town Kraljevo in Serbia. It is situated on the right side of the river Ibar and on the left side of the river Ribnica just near its confluence with the river Ibar. The population of Ribnica was 2,779 people in 2002. (2002 census), but today that number is larger, due to constant migration from Kosovo and from rural parts of municipality to city.
