Ribbit King is a videogame released in June 2004 for PlayStation 2 and GameCube. The game is based on the fictional sport of Frolf, which is a golf like game that is played with frogs. The frogs sit on catapults, which the player whacks with a mallet to send the frog flying into the air.

[edit] Configuration
The objective is to earn the most points possible by landing the frog in the course's hole in the quickest time possible. Players can also earn points by sending their frogs through various spheres scattered through the level. In addition, they can score points by having their frogs eaten by giant worms, or by having their frogs swim, or by any number of other things you can do in each of the levels.
Ribbit King comes packaged with a bonus disc called "Ribbit King Plus," which is an assortment of short CGI movies about Scooter and his friends. These movies are unlocked during the main game.
The main character of Ribbit King is a construction worker named Scooter. Scooter is trying to become the Frolf Champion, and in doing so win the "Super Ribbinite," a fuel source his planet needs in order to survive. The game also includes such characters as a pile of rocks, a gumball machine, and a kung fu panda named Pan-Pan.[1]
[edit] Characters
Pickwick: A talking picnic basket(also from Hippitron) and Scooter's coach.
Pan-pan: An alien panda from planet Pow-pow skilled in kung fu. He's easy to beat the first time you battle him, but he's gotten a scheme to get revenge by battling on planet Hypnotron.
Princess Tippi: Her real name is Anistaisia, Princess of planet Tippi toenail. She's kind of woozy.
Lunk: A rock-like cyclops from planet Rock-n-roll.
Sluggy: The referee. According to Pickwick, "He's shady."
Kosmo: An alien-like alien with a ray gun.
Sir Waddlelot: A wind-up robot penguin. He'll often ask you to wind his spring.
Sparky and Whoosh: Two crazy video game fans. They give the tournament divided attention, because Sparky is always focusing on his video game.
Snork: Probably not an opponent, Snork is a pair of alien pigs.
The F.U.V.: How Scooter gets to his opponents.
