Ribat-i Malik is a caravanserai (a rest place for travellers) built in the eleventh century in Karman (Uzbekistan). The geometrically decorated entrance way, made of brick and stucco, is one of the few remains. Built under the Quarakhanid Dynasty, this building shows influence from Persian and Turkish sources.
