Riba roja is a small village on the left bank of the river Ebro approximately 8.6Km (5 miles) from Asco. It is a small village well noted for its excellent Catfish fishing. Zander and Catfish fishing at Riba roja is a favorite pastime of many locals who also often catch them for food. The river can sometimes be difficult to reach by foot and Catfish anglers are better using the services of one of the local guides based at Asco.
