Ričet

Ričet is a Slovene national dish. It is a sort of a thick soup. It contains pot barley, beans, potatoes, carrots, parsley, celery, leek, tomatoes, onion and garlic. There must be sufficient amount of dried pork meat in it.

It has a reputation of being served as a prisoner food.
