Playmates since childhood, buddies Junjie (Christopher Lee), Zhiyuan (Elvin Ng) and Tianbao (Zzen Zhang) share big dreams for the future. Zhiyuan's sister Zhiling (Jesseca Liu) holds a torch for Junjie who is fond of the overbearing Xiaorou (Jeanette Aw). Zhiyuan also falls for Xiaorou while Tianbao is secretly in love with Zhiling.
Their lives start spiraling downwards when Zhiling meets with an accident and dies. Junjie becomes despondent when he realizes he had had a chance to save her. He makes his way back to their childhood haunt, an old wishing well, and makes a wish. Zhiling suddenly appears before him and as he goes after her, loses his footing and falls into the well. He is dragged to the bottom of the well by a mysterious force and when he regains consciousness, he finds himself back in time at the scene before Zhiling died. Is this an opportunity to right all the wrongs he has done? Will the future be for the better or for the worse?
