Rhys Williams (born 27 January 1988) is a Welsh rugby union player who plays at centre for Llanelli Scarlets.
Centre Rhys Williams is a member of the Scarlets Academy and plays his domestic rugby for UWIC in the WRU National Leagues. Williams has been involved with the Scarlets regional set up at age grade level and was part of the Scarlets U18 team that reached and won the 2004 U18 Reebok Regional Championship Final. Williams was called up to the Wales U19 team for the 2007 IRB U19 World Championships following a successful season with Wales U18 during 2005-2006.
