[edit] RI 24 Extension

The planned freeway through Portsmouth, Middletown and Newport was part of a planned Interstate 895, not part of an extended RI 24, though RI 24 may have had an interchange with it. For this reason, I have removed the paragraph. The information contained in the deleted paragraph appears in the Interstate 895 (Rhode Island) article. --K1vsr 20:47, July 17, 2005 (UTC)
