Rhodes Junior High School is a secondary public junior high school that is a part of the Mesa Unified School District. The school is named for John Jacob Rhodes. Rhodes serves grades 7-9. Enrollment for the 2005-2006 school year is approximately 1200 students. Rhodes Junior High is a comprehensive junior high with a tradition of core academic instruction with an array of elective course offerings.[citation needed]
