- Lincoln: 0.7 miles; Route 116 to Smithfield town line
- Albion Road
- Smithfield: 0.5 miles; Lincoln town line to Lincoln town line
- Albion Road and Jenckes Hill Road
- Lincoln: 5.1 miles; Smithfield town line to Cumberland town line
- Jenckes Hill Road, Breakneck Hill Road, Great Road, Front Street and John Street
- Cumberland: 1.4 miles; Lincoln town line to Massachusetts State line at Route 123
- John Street, [John Street, Broad Street] (Chambers Street), Broad Street and Dexter Street
