Rho Scorpii (ρ Sco/ρ Scorpii) is a binary star in the constellation Scorpius. It is approximately 409 light years from Earth.
The primary component, Rho Scorpii A, is a blue-white B-type subgiant with an apparent magnitude of +3.87. Orbiting it with a separation of 38 arcseconds is the magnitude +12.8 Rho Scorpii B.
The star system was discovered by the SETI project.
