Until the country became independent as Zimbabwe in April 1980, Rhodesia's "national" cricket team played in South Africa's Currie Cup competition and there was no domestic first-class competition. This category is designed to include articles about events, seasons, players and venues that involved Rhodesia as a first-class team from its debut in August 1890 until independence, after which the team quit the Currie Cup.
