Rhacophorus duboisi is a species of frog in the Rhacophoridae family. It is found in China and Vietnam. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montanes, freshwater marshes, intermittent freshwater marches, and heavily degraded former forest. It is threatened by habitat loss.
