Rhacophorus bipunctatus is a species of frog in the Rhacophoridae family. It is found in Bangladesh, Cambodia, China, India, Malaysia, Myanmar, Thailand, Vietnam, and possibly Laos. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montanes, subtropical or tropical high-altitude shrubland, intermittent rivers, freshwater marshes, intermittent freshwater marches, plantations , and rural gardens. It is threatened by habitat loss.
