Rhacophorus arvalis is a species of frog in the Rhacophoridae family. It is endemic to Taiwan. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, intermittent freshwater marshes, arable land, plantations , rural gardens, and irrigated land. It is threatened by habitat loss.
