This is a logo of an organization, item, or event, and is protected by copyright and/or trademark. It is believed that this image qualifies under fair use in Rhapsody (online music service) for the following reasons:

It is a low-resolution image of a company's logo.

It was screenshotted and uploaded specifically for Wikipedia's use, so is not likely being used for profit.
Its use in Wikipedia does not limit the owners/copyright holders of the software in their abilities to sell the software or any related media/merchandise in any way.
It serves to illustrate the article in question.
It serves to fill in the image line in the infobox for that article.
It allows for readers to connect the logo with the software company of which it is supposed to represent.
