The original oil painting was created as part of a set of private commissions in 1990, the child was nearly two. The Artist and copyright owner Mai Griffin, Photographer Gaile Peers and the sitter Richard Peers (now adult and the current owner of the painting)all give their full permissions for the inclusion of this painting on the Wikipedia site, provided that full acknowledgement is given to the artist as the copyright owner on any subsequent copying or reproduction.
